For ECO DRUM safety takes top priority

As a manufacturer of UN-approved packaging, DENSA AG is subject to the supervision of the Swiss Saftey Center and complies with the EN ISO 16106 standard – Transport packages for dangerous goods – Dangerous goods Packagings, intermediate bulk containers and large packagings.

Regular drop tests and stack crush tests are carried out within the scope of this standard. For these tests, the square fibre drums are filled up to 150 kg of sand and must first withstand the permissible stack weight. After 24 hours under this weight, the ECO DRUM are subjected to a drop test from a height of 1.8 metres. The drums must pass these tests again and again. This is the only way to ensure that no systematic errors creep into the production or the supplied materials and that the product quality can be constantly maintained.

DENSA AG maintains a quality management system certified according to SN EN ISO 9001:2015 and SN EN ISO 14'001:2015. Our ECO DRUM are also FSC licensed and available with the "FSC MIX" trademark.
